A beautiful coastal community healthcare center in Santa Barbara, CA, that's been established for over 30 years, is seeking a new Chief Medical Officer to lead their National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) awarded medical home to reach greater success.

Candidates that wish to keep their clinical skillset while taking on leadership and administrative responsibilities are encouraged to apply.

Position Details:
- 70% Clinic and 30% Administrative/CMO duties - Flexible based off preferences
- Oversight of approximately 11 providers
- Run two monthly meetings between medical staff and management
- Outpatient role treating on average 16 patients per day
- Call is not required and compensated additionally
- Guaranteed Base salary + comprehensive benefits package including PTO, CME, retirement plans with 4% employer match and much more!
